The
first Park View senior apartment community opened in Baltimore in 1989. Today,
there are more than 30 Park View communities in four states including Maryland,
Pennsylvania, Virginia and Georgia.
Park View is part of The Shelter Group, a privately held company that has been in business for more than 30
years. Since 1977, The Shelter Group has been creating quality communities
through the development, acquisition and management of multi-family and senior
living communities.
